Dan Sageman

Coach Sageman is the Head Coach for Marriotts Ridge. He is a 1990 Graduate of South Carroll HS. Coach Sageman began coaching in the Spring of 1991 for the Freedom Optimist Program. He has coached at South Carroll (1994-1996), Long Reach (1997-2000), Mt. Hebron (2001-2005), before coming to Marriotts Ridge to help begin the lacrosse program. He is currently a member of the Chill Master's League Team. Coach Sageman and his wife Jen have 2 young daughters.

Tom Brandel

Coach Brandel has been coaching High school lacrosse for 8 years. This will be his second season as part of the Marriotts Ridge program. Prior to coaching at Marriotts Ridge, Coach Brandel coached at Liberty High School and McDaniel College. As a player, he played goalie at Fairfield University in Connecticut. Coach Brandel and his wife Karyn have two young future Mustang Lax players Thomas and Matthew.

Tony Incontrera

Coach Incontrera is the defensive coach for Marriotts Ridge. This will be his third season coaching at Marriotts Ridge. He is a 2001 graduate of Mount Hebron HS. Coach Incontrera was an All County Defenseman and a member of the 1999 State Championship Team. He continued to play lacrosse in college at Salisbury University from 2002 to 2005, winning three straight National Championships in 2003, 2004, and 2005. He was awarded All Conference honors. This is his fourth year coaching in howard County. In 2006, he was an assistant coach on the Mount Hebron's State Championship team.

JUNIOR VARSITY

Marc Fisher

JV Assistant He has been coaching various high school sports since 1982, as well as college and club teams. Prior to Marriotts Ridge, Coach Fisher was at Archbishop Curley and Archbishop Spalding High Schools.

Will Schwarz

Coach Schwarz is the JV coach for Marriotts Ridge High School. He is the Instructional Team Leader for Student Services and has two son’s currently attending the school. Coach Schwarz started his playing career back with wooden sticks. He was the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach for Southern High School, Harwood, from 1986-1989, and the recipient of the Baltimore Sun Coach of the Year Award in 1986. He has helped coach his son’s through the years, and started coaching, at the high school level again, in 2007 at MRHS.
